Calendula officinalis (Marigold) ext. dry conc. 50 mg, from flower dry 500 mg, Echinacea angustifolia (Echinacea) ext. dry conc 75 mg, root dry 750 mg. Echinacea purpurea (Purple coneflower) ext. dry conc. 150 mg, from root dry 1.5 g, Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) ext. dry conc. 19.23 mg, from root dry 250 mg, Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) ext. dry conc. 156.25 mg, from fruit dry 10.94 g, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) ext. dry conc. 30 mg, from rhizome dry 330 mg, Ascorbic acid 30 mg, Zinc citrate dihydrate 22.37 equiv. zinc 7 mg.

Ensure Healthy Skin Support is taken after food.

Adults take x1 capsule, twice daily, with water, after food, or as directed by your health professionals.

Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing. Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding – seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.

Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Drink plenty of water.

Not to be used in children under 5 years.
